just a producer
The recognition of Liberian music is yet to go global as other countries. As we
all know, Producers are prime members of the latter set whose cardinal inputs
have been downplayed by the virtue of working from behind the scenes –
away from public eye. Music producers have since time immemorial
propounded sonic palettes that instigate pop culture in on hipcop, Afrobeats
and Gbema in Liberia. They lay the groundwork for which the vocals and lyrics
of artists feed.

In truth, the Liberian music industry and media are zeroing in on the welfare of
producers who have long been afflicted with lack of credit, underpayment,
non-payment etc.

KellzBeatz born Kelvin Giwueze is one of such talents. He won the Best
Producer Award from this year MLMA NEXT LEVEL Award 2020. He also
produced several hits song of which 4 was nominated for song of the year
and one won as song of the year Trille ‘Zombie” . He also produced Kpan Kpan
me by Jyzno which also won  Afro Pop Song of The Year, Traditional /
Gbema Artiste of The Year ericgeso, etc.
