Procedimiento de prueba
1. Retire el inyector de líquido de escape diésel (DEF) del módulo de emisiones limpias (CEM). Consulte Desarmado y armado, "Inyector DEF
y montaje - Quitar e instalar" para conocer el procedimiento correcto.
Nota: Deje las líneas de fluido de escape diesel y el conector eléctrico conectados al inyector DEF.

2. Ensamble el contenedor de recolección de DEF de la herramienta (A). Conecte el inyector de DEF a la tapa del recipiente de recolección.
Note: Tooling (B) may be required to allow the DEF injector to be moved to a convenient location for testing.

3. Turn the key switch to the ON position.

4. Connect to the electronic service tool.

5. Click "Diagnostics" in the main menu, then click "Diagnostic Tests".

6. Proceed by clicking "DEF Dosing System Accuracy Test".

7. Click "Start" to proceed with the test.

Note: With the DEF injector dosing, inspect the spray pattern. The injector spray pattern should be finely atomized and conical.

Note: This test should run for 6 minutes. If the test only runs for 1 minute, repeat the test a further five times.

8. After the test has completed, check the measuring container to inspect the amount of DEF in the container. Dispose of the collected DEF as
per local regulations and mandates.
Specification for DEF sprayed during dosing test ... 105 mL to 130 mL

9. Reinstall the DEF injector assembly. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "DEF Injector and Mounting - Remove and Install" for the correct
procedure.

10. Use the electronic service tool to perform the "Aftertreatment System Functional Test".
