2. DELIVERY TIME
 Ready stock in Jakarta, bur are subject to prior sales
3. PAYMENT
 30% - Down Payment, upon confirmation of order.
 70% - Balance by cash before delivery
4. WARRANTY
 SDLG Wheel Loader LG 953
- First 12 months / 2,000 hours standard SDLG Warranty term, whichever first
occurs.
 All operation and service should be according to VOLVO and SDLG standards, with
Authorized Dealer and using VOLVO and SDLG Genuine Parts.
 Warranty does not cover accident, abuse or wrong operation.
 Warranty covers failures due to component’s defects and factory workmanship.

5. TRAINING SUPPORT
- Free Trainings for Mechanics and Operators.
- We Will have close contact with your project, where the equipment is used at all time
to provide guidance for proper operations and preventive maintenance.
- We will commission and inspect the equipment as soon as they arrive in your job site.
To ensure that equipment is in satisfactory conditions and ready for operations.
6. SERVICE AND SUPPORT
 We will support all equipment supplied to your company, from our nearest branch.
 Spare parts consignment can be arranged, for fleet user (min 10 units, same site)
 Service contacts and VCRM program are also available upon request.
7. VALIDITY
 The above price and terms are valid until 5 November 2020
