NOTE:
1) The pressure is to be checked by an external tyre gauge and recorded.
2) Tyre pressure to be checked/recorded after two hours of arrival.
3) Excess inflation pressure should never be bled off from hot tyres and all adjustments to inflation
pressure should be performed on tyres cooled to ambient temperature.
4) If the measured tyre pressure is below the selected nominal service pressure by no more than 5%,
inflate the tyre to necessary pressure.
5) If the pressure of one tyre is more than 10% below the average of the other three tyres, replace the
tyre and wheel assembly.
6) If the tyre pressure of one tyre is more than 20% below the average pressure of the other three tyres
A. Replace the tyre and wheel assembly
B. Replace the wheel and tyre assembly installed on the opposite side of that axle.
7) Refer chart for filling tyre pressure. Ref. AMM. 12-15-51
8) Refer following AMM procedures for Tyre & Wheel assembly removal/installation: AMM 32-45-11,
AMM 32-45-21

NOTE:
1. INFLATION PRESSURE SHOWN ARE FOR COLD LOADED TYRES(i.e WITH AIRPLANES
RESTING ON TYRES) FOR UNLOADED TYRES REDUCE PRESSURE BY 4%.
2. FOR A DESIRED MAXIMUM TAXI WEIGHT; DETERMINE THE MINIMUM SERVICE
PRESSURE (SLOPED LINE) FROM THE CHART
3. DETERMINE THE MAXIMUM SERVICE PRESSURE (HORIZONTAL LINE) FROM THE
CHART.
4. SELECT A NOMINAL SERVICE PRESSURE BETWEEN THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM.
5. INFLATE ALL TYRES ON THE SAME GEAR TO THE SELECTED NORMAL PRESSURE± 5
PSIG.
6. SEE AIRPLANE WEIGHT- CG CURVES FOR STRUCTURAL LIMITS.
