Introduction
Reflection means the process of making knowledge of any works, circumstances or cases in
education, daily life or in the job sectors (Rumi, 2018). Additionally, reflection refers the process
of researching as well as inquiring the qualities, aspects, and connections of persons. The main
topic of this essay is to create a reflective paper on my experience of learning and improved
achievement.

How and why I have developed as a learner during this module

There are three reflection methods which are so essential for developing as a learner. These are
on action, in action, and before action (Justin, 2018). These modules are explained in below:

On action: Reflection-on-action means seeing at how the method that performs and solve the
news which is gathered in case of fresh knowledge, occupational improvement and learning.
According to Jill (2018), this on action has a position of occupational and professional
development. So, I concentrate on the fresh thinking that supports me to improve my knowledge
on various models and methods. Then, I concentrate on the occupational improvement that helps
me to have the lead from my counselor. Besides, I also solve the whole story which I collected.

In action: According to Ross (2019), refection-in-action means notify to the presentation of

people who promising a work or task and give the approval to change what they are doing. In
case of in action method, I concentrate on my activity that supports me to assume the tasks very
well. After my recent activities, I improve my tasks more to correct my activities.

Before action: Reflection-before-action means the idea on what a personal desire to achieve and
realize by concentrating on the previous realization. Before doing any kind of action, I always
assess my present place. After that I improve my aims and visions, and after that aims and
visions I want to improve and do more aims and fix my vision clearly.

Communication skills I have gained that are applicable to academic and

professional contexts

Effective communication means the positive relationship between the people. According to
Andres (2018), tt considers as the effecting influence of the text, involving the original news and
informational element. I have acknowledged various communication abilities from this module.

Visual: Visual communication means the carriage of thoughts and information in shape that can
be watched. In short, visual communication is the whole confine on eye vision.

Written: Written communication is very essential for business. It means any communication
used in occupational work like sending emails, memos, and reports. Written communication is
very indispensable for every business organization. It makes significant information quickly
understandable. It gives a clear view and design to read business messages fast (Erik, 2017).

Electronic methods: The electronic method is very useful thing for a business and its
communication. The modern technologies like email, social networking, internet, company
website, online conferencing, etc have created a successful business organization (Erik, 2017)

Verbal: Verbal communication means how a person expresses himself by using words. In
verbal communication, people can give their information by speaking or also by writing. It is
mainly the creation of oral language to send information to the listener (David, 2018)

Nonverbal: Non-verbal communication means information sending via eye contact, gesture,
facial expression, attitude, and so on. Some people think that communication means what other
people say. But not always a person needs to speak with another person to communicate. One
can give many signals to make others understand information.

Reflect on their individual performance, behavior and experience in education

Reflection on individual learning performance

Various personal motion and interactive parts have raised my bookish and ideal knowledge. . It
develops my business related knowledge I have understand how to apply these theories in
business. This also improved my understanding level so well that I can know how to use it
especially on internet or online for learning new topics.

Reflection on individual learning behavior

I have improved my learning behaviors which have been impacted by a number of sections that
are behavior, appreciation, sensation, identity, pressure, faith, laws and other psychological
things. In term of sensation, I have improved my sense of skills in many things like feelings,
seeing, understanding, etc. Then, I have improved positive behaviors and identity.

Reflection on individual learning experience

According to Kriss (2019), learning means gaining the knowledge and willing to understand new
things. In learning skills, I have improved my learning experiences by four steps. These are focus
on experiences, effective research, summery the theories, and thoughtful observation.

Reflections on how I can approach future challenges and expectations of a
university course

Culture of studying
According to Luis (2018), a good understanding of culture is very important for higher education
and academic institution. A good understanding of culture in higher education supports how the
student sensation changes by the local placing, student teams, and many types of the academic
intuition. Every higher education has the culture that there have no differences between students,
have the practice of equality and teaching environment.

Behavior anticipated
The academic institution and higher education is very helpful to student to understand many
important and interesting lessons and improve learning methods which increase the students’
knowledge and expectations also good behavior motivates to learn many things. (Tylor, 2018).
For this, behavior and attitudes has massive affect in higher education. A good behavior can
create a good environment and students get much motivation.

Expectations of a university course

According to Hope (2018), in higher academic institution the students have higher expectations
in various kinds of course. Firstly, the higher education institutions sustain the faith into the
students in the classroom. Secondly, these institutions give their students the best support and
best recompose. Thirdly, these institutions make prospect for the students by offering benefits to
them to tell their thoughts.

Conclusion
In this essay, the discussion is about various kinds of communication and reflection. Firstly, I
will describe about how and why I have developed as a learner during this module. Then I will
describe about communication skills I have gained that are applicable to academic and
professional contexts and next the discussion is about reflecting on their individual performance,
behavior and experience in education.
