Narrative Report

Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES) is a summer job for

students that occurs in the work place. It aims to give the stundent an opportunity to
train and orient students about their work and will give them an experience to work. It is
very importat not only to make students experience working but to show students the
reality about working.

I started workin on April 19 2021. When I started my summer job I felt confident
enough and able to work quickly. When I got inside the Brgy. Hall of San Isidro Ibaba to
asked permission to make a survey per housholds. They greeted and welcomed me
joyfully.

In my first week at San Isidro Ibaba, I started surveying per households with the
help of the BHW’s and Brgy. Officials. We just asked question about their family. After I
finished the all household of the barangay, I will report to the PESO on the Municipal of
Lemery to return the survey form that been has answered form the Head of the family
per households.

In my second week, I am deployed at Brgy. Bukal with Lyra and Noel, They are
my Co-SPES. We started interviewing per households with the help of the BHW’s and
Brgy. Officials. We just asked question about their family. After I finished the all
household of the barangay, I will report to the PESO on the Municipal of Lemery to
return the survey form that been has answered form the Head of the family per
households.

In my third week of duty, We are assigned at Brgy. Cahilan I with Lyra. We began
asking questions per households with the help of the BHW’s and Brgy. Officials. We just
asked question about their family. After we finished the all household of the barangay,
We will visit the PESO on the Municipal of Lemery to report and to return the survey
form that has been answered form the Head of the family per households.

In my last week of job, We are incharged at Brgy Cahilan II with my Co-SPES to

start a talk to the head of the family per household to ask thei information that will help
us to accomplish our mission or tasks that is assigned to us. After we finished the all
household of the barangay, We will visit the PESO on the Municipal of Lemery to report
and to return the survey form that has been answered.

And all of that was repeated to be done day by day until the summer job from
SPES ended.
