What is Kaizen (Particular issue)

What is Process Mapping?
A process map is a planning and management
tool that visually describes the flow of work, its
shows a series of events that produce a result.

The purpose of process mapping is for


organizations and businesses to improve
efficiency, process improvement, increase
communication and provide process
documentation.
Theory Z

Theory Z proposed by Dr. William Ouchi in the 1980s


aimed at improving employee loyalty by engaging the
top floor to the shop floor through quality circles.

It focused on increasing employee participation in


continuous improvement with top management.
