(JHS) Instructional and Independent Students- ThF
(SHS) Gr. 11 HUMSS same with JHS while all TVL track need to attend the school if possible for
performance output

IV. Transportation Provision

Parents will provide transportation for their children for sending and fetching;
Arrival and Dismissal of classes is scheduled per class to avoid congestion and possible gate
gatherings in hallways and gate.
Arrival: Grade 7, 8 and 9- 7:00-7:30 Grade 10, 11 and 12- 6:30-7:00
Dismissal: Grade 7, 8 and 9- 4:00-4:30 Grade 10, 11 and 12- 4:30-5:00

V. Classroom Design & Management and Health and Safety Protocol

Class size (15 students) and floor Plan must follow the prescribe standards of DepEd and IATF;
Hand washing facilities, foot bath, temperature and MTDC (QR Code) scanning device must be
present at the classroom entrance;
Installation of Modified desk or arm chair protector (shield) to be provided by the school;
Regular daily classroom sanitation is required;
Classes will be facilitated by two teachers (1 will do the learning facilitation and the other one will
facilitate the safety protocols;
For Grade 10 Einstein classroom (mini-gym) installation of speaker with microphone while in the
classroom setting provide lapel (mini-speaker);
Wearing of Face mask and Face Shield for students during the duration of class

VI. Modes of Monitoring and Assessment

Establish Class communication and monitoring system (parents, teachers, and learners) to monitor
processes and Health and Safety Protocols;
Provisions of School Help Desk for immediate information and response;
Regular School Weekly Evaluation;
School Principal or M and E team will conduct Daily Class visitation;

M and E tools must be developed by the M and E team of the school to ensure safety and quality
learning based on the DepEd and IATF standards;
Special SAFETY TASK FORCE must be organized in schools to monitor the health safety
assurance;
