decrease gaming, social media and internet addiction by imposing a curfew
for students using computers or phones devices between 10pm and 8am.
Like China, eyesight and mental health issue have risen over the past 10
years, and therefore must take this drastic measure. China is using facial
recognition to track when students are using their phone and where, and if
they’re doing so after the curfew.

Conclusions need: Reminder of topic and main ideas, and a thoughtful/memorable ending.

Step 2: Write

Now that you have your three main reasons for your chosen side of the topic, let’s rewrite
them into full topic sentences.

a. Using your three reasons, rewrite them into full topic sentences, using at least one of
the techniques above for each. So, one will be written using a sentence type, one will
be written with an appositive, and one will use a subordinating conjunction at the
beginning.
