 Twelve (12) Monthly Preventive Maintenance Services and Four (4) Quarterly Cleaning
Services.

(Please refer to attached Scope of Maintenance Agreement)

Approved Budget : Php 95,000.00

Scope of Maintenance Agreement

I. Twelve (12) MONTHLY PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES which

includes the following standard services
a. Cleaning of air-filter screen and de-clogging of drainage system.
b. Check the normal operation of motor compressor and fan motor.
c. Check all electrical controls which include switches and protective devices.
d. Cleaning of all unit case/body or face cover.
e. Check normal cooling efficiency.
f. Check current, voltage, pressures and temperatures

II. Four (4) QUARTERLY GENERAL CLEANING SERVICES which includes the
following services in addition to the monthly standard services.
a. Perform general cleaning of condenser and evaporator.
b. Cleaning of blower wheel and fan blade.
c. Cleaning of cabinet and face cover.
d. Conduct thorough inspection of electrical wirings/connections and mechanical
controls.
e. Check cabinet for corrosion and repair, if required.
f. Conduct flushing of drain pipe for split and package type aircon.
g. Conduct cleaning of drain pan.
h. Submit status report of all the activities done.
III. The Preventive Maintenance includes the following minor repair services free of
charge.
a. Filter Drier.
b. Required electrical lines.
c. Freon charging (including refrigerant gas,); if necessary.
d. Other Minor repair.
IV. Warranty
a. Any major repairs done shall be issued a standard warranty of at least three (3)
months.
