CONCLUSION
After reading the given news headline and its details some features have been found after
analyzing stylistically. The features are stated as under;

 1: It has been observed that the news is more informational as about 90

nouns with many adjectives have been used.

 2: Another aspect of its being explicit is that it has used many

nominalizations.

 3: The news is found contextual as well, when many temporal or spatial

deixis are examined in the text.

 4: The use of infinitive clearly shows that the news has another stylistic

feature that makes it argumentative and persuasive.

 5: Some passives have also been utilized that is its impersonal features

 6: In headline a clause has been used in inverted commas in direct form of

speech that means it is the statement of the speaker not of the paper. It is

used to make the news impartial and un biased.
