FOR CORRECTION

Accused SAMPLE, by counsel, respectfully states:

1. On September 26, 2019, it received a copy of the Pre-trial

Order dated September 12, 2019. The 3 rd item under “Admitted
Stipulation” reads:

“3. That there is annotation of right of way on the titles.”

2. Property titles, TCT 010-1111 and TCT 010-11111,

attached herein as Annexes 1 & 2, respectively, the right of way was
stated as a description on the 1st page of each afore-quoted title but
not as an annotation thereof.

3. Defendant manifests its denial on the afore-quoted

stipulation and request to include the same under “Controverted
Stipulations”.

WHEREFORE, petitioner respectfully prays that the Pre-trial

Order dated September 12, 2019 be corrected accordingly.
