Answer 1: The process of strategizing is the creation of long-term action plans to

accomplish the desired goals. The role of strategy in explaining a company's

success or failure is critical. In other cases, luck may help an organization win a
competition. Competition, on the other hand, is a continuous process in which
other businesses attempt to outsmart one another in order to achieve greater
success. As a result, luck cannot assist an organization in achieving long-term
success.
The following four blocks form the foundation for competitive advantage and
success:
• Productivity: A company's ability to produce effectively and efficiently is critical
to its success.
• Quality: In order to stay in business for a long time, a company must provide
high-quality products to current and potential customers.
Innovation: a company must continue to try to come up with new products and
services.
• Customer loyalty: Any company's long-term success depends on having a large
and loyal customer base.
All of this necessitates deliberate efforts on the part of the organization. To achieve
excellence in these four dimensions, businesses must devise successful strategies.
This suggests that effective and efficient strategy development will aid
organizations in their quest for success.
Answer 2: The demographic forces are the most significant macro environmental
factor influencing the likely level of enrollment at a university. Due to the
declining birthrate after 1960, many universities in the United States saw a
decrease in enrollments in the 1980s and early 1990s. Enrollment increased in the
late 1990s as a result of the "baby boomlet," which happened when the children of
the Baby Boomers reached their twenties. Universities have seen an increase in
enrollment since then, and this trend is expected to continue over the next decade.
Increased enrollments can be attributed to a variety of factors, including better
work opportunities and higher wages. All macro environmental factors, in my
opinion, may have a positive or negative impact on job security and salary levels
for university professors. The reason for this is that the relationship between all of
the variables and how they are linked has an effect on everyone's job security and
salary. For instance, macroeconomic forces are directly linked to job security and
pay because economic growth leads to expansion, which means more funds are
available to universities and colleges, resulting in more professors and full-time
professors. In 2010, when the economy was poor, universities had less money and
had to put professors on furlough days. Because many universities in the United
States, including CSUN, have a large number of international students, global
forces play an important role in professor salaries. These students pay high fees,
which allows colleges to receive more funding and pay professors higher salaries.
The campus provides a high-quality education and training. As a result, enrollment
in associated courses will skyrocket in the coming decade. Professors will have
more job security as a result of this. Their pay will also increase. Professors and
teachers, for example, must adapt to societal changes and update their services to
the values, or social changes, that will be created in the future in order to expand
and remain competitive.
