基礎教育文憑及高級文憑申請「持續進修基金」(CEF) 須知

1. 本院的基礎教育文憑及高級文憑課程已加入「持續進修基金」(CEF) 可獲發還款項課程名
單內。同學須在成功修畢課程後一年內遞交申請，逾期遞交申請將不獲持續進修基金受
理。
2. 同學必須屬香港居民並擁有香港居留權，或香港入境權，或有權在香港逗留而不受任何逗
留條件限制，即在香港智能身份證出生日期下印有 “A” (香港居留權)、“R” (香港入境權) 或
“U” (有權在香港逗留而不受任何逗留條件限制)、或持單程證從中國大陸來港定居的人士。
有 關 香 港 智 能 身 份 證 上 的 符 號 釋 義 ， 請 瀏 覽 入 境 事 務 處 網 頁 www.immd.gov.hk 。

3. 同學必須符合以下申請條件:
A. 已成功修畢* 整個基金課程，並已繳付全部學費；及
B. 在基金課程開課時，年齡均須滿 18 歲；及
C. 在申請發還費用時，必須從未就同一項課程、學習單元或學分獲其他公帑或在其他公
帑資助計劃下獲得任何資助。詳情如下：

註:
* 成功修畢是指同學必須達到合格成績及出席率不少於百分之七十。

# 由學資處管理的免入息審查貸款計劃下發放的貸款，如用作支付基金課程的學費，而
申請人又符合其他所有申請準則，則仍符合資格獲發還有關費用。然而，持續進修基金
發還的款項會先用作償還申請人向免入息審查貸款計劃借貸用以支付同一課程學費的貸
款。扣除免入息審查貸款計劃的還款後，如仍有餘額，有關的款項將存入申請人指定的
銀行帳戶。

4. 同學須於繳交留位費港幣五千元時，請交回或郵寄「同意聲明」以表同意披露個人資料予
本院及持續進修基金辦事處以進行審批基金發還款項的申請。

CONSENT on Disclosure of Personal Data

1. I understand that Labour and Welfare Bureau (“LWB”), the Office of CEF (“OCEF”) and
the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications
(“HKCAAVQ”) are responsible for monitoring and processing the applications for fee
reimbursement under the CEF.
2. The public authorities referred to in paragraph 1 above (“Specified Public Authorities”) may
require my personal data provided to the above CEF Course Provider for the purposes of
fees reimbursement and audit inspection if I apply for fees reimbursement under the CEF.
3. OCEF would be unable to process my application for fees reimbursement if I do not consent
to the disclosure of my personal data to the Specified Public Authorities before attending
the course(s), or otherwise the Specified Public Authorities would not have access to time-
sensitive information in relation to my application.
