I propose to do the work under the following broad areas, Psychiatric and behavior problems of

adolescents and young adults using:

i. Why more than one questionnaire (reliable) is preferred?

ii. Are psychiatric and behavior problem affected by age, gender, socio economics status,
rural/urban setup
iii. Is time of data collection using the same questionnaire more than once say; before and
after examination
iv. Computation of Prevalence of Psychiatric and behavior problems post 2020 period
because of the major challenges posed by pandemic COVID-19.
v. Why validation of questionnaire under extreme situations in necessary?

Propose theme: Statistical modeling of Psychiatric and behavior problems of adolescents and young
adults in normal and extraordinary conditions. The robust models used in this study will provide the
insight of problem undertaken. The results obtained from these models shall be useful for medical
fraternity and psychological experts to help in their diagnosis procedure.

Following is the brief description of our Methodology to be used on Psychiatric and behavior
problems of adolescents and young adults.

Proposed study design whether descriptive, analytical, experimental, operational a combination of these
or any other; and adequate descriptive of study population should be provided. The selection of the
research participants, it is randomly with inclusion and exclusion criteria. The use of quantitative and
qualitative methods will be specified if any.

The study will be divided in to two phases, data will be collected in a survey on adolescents, comprising
of their psychiatric information and behavior problem as indicate by appropriate questionnaires.
Another critique using biomarkers in psychiatry will be done so as to peep inside the psychiatric and
behavior problems of adolescents and young adults in normal and extra ordinary conditions. The study
aim to collect information for psychiatric problems adolescents and young adults (the age group 11 to
20 years, studying in class 8 th to graduation) to ensure a proper diversification in respect of age, gender,
socio economic status and rural/urban setup. Students will be included willingly in to the sample.
Qualitative and quantitative methods both will be used as per data collection. The data will be over a
number of variable both qualitative and quantitative in nature. Sample size should be very large give
adequate power to the study. The data will be classified appropriately on the basis of factors affecting
behavior of adolescents and young adults. At this stage, descriptive statistics would be obtained for all.
These results will be used to identify the statistical distribution of variables and for simulation of data if
the need arises. Using biomarkers, highlight several important aspects related to study design and
statistical analysis. It performed a systematic and qualitative review of clinically meaningful biomarker
for psychosis. In this respect, the identification of biomarkers in psychiatry is becoming essential to
facilitate diagnosis through the developing of markers that allow the stratify groups within the
syndrome. Once the result have been obtained, they would be interpreted thoroughly to look inside the
phenomena. If some of the factors changes post 2020 period because of the major challenges posed by
pandemic COVID-19.
