Position Director of Program

Mini Report

The program targets the characteristics of graduates namely communication, teamworking and
leadership skills. Thus, the program offers participants to give awareness to students to always be brave
to try something new. In addition, this program also wants to produce students who are creative and
innovative in their lives. This program was organized under the Johor Darul Ta'zim Children's
Secretariat Association (SEJATI) of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) with Encik Nurul Aziz, the
Psychology Officer to deliver a sharing session on the Youth Talk program "Berani Ubah".
Briefly, the program started with a speech from the program director, myself and continued with a
sharing from the guest speaker. He is a very experienced Psychology officer and often gives shares on
psychology. He has given a very brief and easy to understand sharing by all the student.
The program ended with a Kahoot game in which several quiz questions were screened to identify
whether students understood the main objectives of the program or not. The winner will be given a prize
in the form of accumulated money of RM100. A total of three students were selected to win cash prizes
for getting the highest scores in the kahoot game.
The program has successfully reached about 300 participants who participated in the program. All
participants responded well and understood all the main objectives of the program. There were many
questions posed to the speaker and all the questions were well answered and understood. Students also
shared various experiences regarding the title of our program.

Self- Reflection

This program is organized by SEJATI UTM under the Johor Student Jamboree (JMJ) program where I
was instructed and responsible to be the Director of the program. At first I felt scared and heavy to
accept this position as this was my first program.

The Graduate Attributes that this program focused on are communication, teamworking and leadership
skills. This organization has had a huge impact in developing leadership and teamwork skills as well as
communication skills in me. This is so because each activity unit needs to interact with each other as
well as to make sure they do the task and ask about the progress of their task. Leadership skills are also
demonstrated where each activity unit has a leader who needs to give clear instructions to group
members. Each unit needs to work together to make this program a success.

On the other hand, in terms of advantages towards the activities, it is obvious that it helps me in
developing my leadership and teamworking skills as well as communication skills. This program helps
me a lot in developing my leadership and teamworking skills as I was positioned to be the director of the
program. Honestly this is my first program that I need to conduct, lead and plan everything properly so
that everything can be on track. In this position, I learned how to assign and divide works equally to my
group members as well as lead them in finishing their tasks. I also always made sure there was a backup
plan in terms of a member who was working on a task. For example, if one of the members could not
finish his or her task on time, I will take over the task or assign it to someone else who is free at the
moment. Besides, this program also helps me in improving my communication skills. I will always ask
my team members the progress of their work to make sure it can be done on time. This helped us,
including me, to know clearly what was going on and what tasks needed to improvise.

In terms of challenge, the biggest challenge is communication among members. By overcoming the
challenge, I improve my communication skills. In an organization with more than 20 people, it is
difficult to avoid miscommunication. Miscommunication happened during the information-exchange
process among departments. When this happens, instead of arguing, the best way to overcome it is
having a discussion so that both parties know which part has gone wrong.

In conclusion, I learned a lot in this program which helps in developing my leadership and teamworking
skills as well as communication skills. It also helps me in overcoming a challenge so that the program
can move smoothly.

Position Treasurer

Mini Report

The program targets the characteristics of graduates namely communication and teamworking skills.
Briefly, this program was conducted during the fasting month on April 30, 2021 at the Pertubuhan Pusat
Jagaan Kebajikan Kesayangan Abadi, Johor. We have collected donations of almost RM3000 and the
money is used to buy necessities such as kitchen items, stationery and clothes. We also received
sponsorship from a number of kind people to run the program.This program was organized under the
Johor Darul Ta'zim Children's Secretariat Association (SEJATI) of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia
(UTM).
The main objective of this program is to strengthen the relationship between UTM students and the
community. In addition, this program is also to enliven the month of Ramadan with the practice of
charity, cultivate pure values in students and instill feelings of empathy and love in each student's self.
The number of participants involved in this program is 55 people, including 30 orphans, 8 orphanage
staff, 3 YPJ officers and 14 true members. The program committee has worked together to help make
this program a success.
The first month before the program, we worked together to find donations from the public to buy
necessities as well as food to be given to UTM students for sahur. Then we managed to collect a
donation of almost RM3000. We have managed to make all the participants involved feel happy and
grateful for our presence

Self- Reflection

This program cultivates pure values in students by strengthening the relationship between the
community and fostering feelings of love and the practice of charity. It can promote well -being to all
in all ages. This program is organized by SEJATI UTM where I was instructed and responsible to be
the treasurer of the program. Being a treasurer is not easy because it requires honesty and sincerity in
running a program. This is so because, we need to hold a large amount of money moreover a program
that is made on a large scale.
The Graduate Attributes that this program focuses on are communication and teamworking skills. This
organization has had a huge impact in developing leadership and teamwork skills as well as
communication skills in me. This is so because I need to interact with the director program to inform
her about the total amount of donations we have earned. Teamworking skills are also demonstrated
where each activity unit has to work together to prepare everything before the program to make this
program a success.
On the other hand, in terms of advantages towards the activities, it is obvious that it helps me in
developing my teamworking skills as well as communication skills. Honestly through this program I
learned to make detailed and complete financial reports. I managed to organize all the data and money
in and out well and easily understood by all. Through this program, I was able to carry out my duties
with trust and we have managed to collect a contribution of almost RM3000. Besides, this program
also helps me in improving my communication skills. I will always ask my team members’ opinion
about the report and always update the director about the report. This helped us, including me, to know
clearly what was going on and what tasks needed to improvise.

In terms of challenge, the biggest challenge is communication among members. By overcoming the

Mini Report

The program targets the characteristics of graduates namely communication and teamworking skills.
Briefly, this program was conducted on 21 May until 23 May 2021 online. This program was
organized under the Jawatankuasa Kolej Mahasiswa Kolej 9&10. This program is an annual program
of the Kolej 9&10 conducted specially for new college students at UTM. In this program I have been
given the task of being a secretary who has to prepare all the letters and reports of the program in full.
SUCCESS’20 “Freshie’s Welcoming Tournament” is a program that emphasizes the third Sustainable
Development Goals, namely Good Health and Well-Being. As proof, the essence of the program that
has been organized is all about maintaining health and mental health. The Next Millionaire, Mobile
Legend, Check-Mate, Running Dino and Video Sport Challenge programs are games run online. This
game can help students relax their minds after being tired of focusing on academics. The game can
also keep them mentally healthy when they have fun playing it. It clearly shows that the games
organized in this program are capable of achieving these third SDGs. The SUKSES program is also an
annual program of JKM where every year JKM Kolej 9 & 10 will conduct a program that focuses on
this third SDGS. The large participation in all these games also clearly shows that students are very
interested in participating in these games for their mental health. about how to maintain one's mental
health.

Self- Reflection

This program is organized by JKM Kolej 9&10 where I was instructed and responsible to be the
secretary of the program. Being a secretary is not easy because I need to make various types of letters
and reports that need to get confirmation from superiors. It also requires a very high degree of
meticulousness to ensure that all letters and reports provided are complete and perfect.
The Graduate Attributes that this program focuses on are communication and teamworking skills.
Communication skills are needed because I need to interact with other secretaries under the
SUKSES'20 program to make sure they prepare the correct report and follow the prescribed format. In
addition, I also need to make sure they send all program reports on time so that there are no delays and
unwanted things happening. Teamworking skills are also demonstrated where each activity unit has to
work together to prepare everything before the program to make this program a success. I have a
deputy where we always interact and work together to complete all the tasks directed.

On the other hand, in terms of advantages towards the activities, it is obvious that it helps me in
developing my teamworking skills as well as communication skills. through this program I learned to
create various types of letters such as sponsorship application letters. It also requires meticulousness in
making assignments. I was also able to gain a little knowledge of the processes and procedures for
getting sponsorship at listed companies to run the program. Besides, this program also helps me in
improving my communication skills. I will always ask my team members’ opinion about the report
and always update the director about the report. This helped us, including me, to know clearly what
was going on and what tasks needed to improvise.

In terms of challenge, the biggest challenge is communication among members. By overcoming the
challenge, I improve my communication skills. In an organization with more than 20 people, it is
