Dear Directors of Breez Team,

This is refer to our several times discussions/email communications & calls regarding our the pending issues here in our Global heights, Sec 33, society, which you can recall in
trail mails below.

For your kind reference points are listed again as follows:

Major Issues :

Regular Light Outage of Apporx..8 to 14 hours


Due to regular Light cuts, most of the residents are were able to do Work from home & children’s are not able to attend online classes and give exams,
home appliance are also damaging due to regular power fluctuations. Domestic RO water is also interrupted due to long power cuts.
We have already visited to DHBVN office and we have given written proof to Enviro that light disturbance is due to low standard equipment used in GH
Society
Meter are not calibrated and incorrect data is showing on Neptune meter provided on which CC team is following from last couple of months. Refer last
email below..
Above meter glitches is also costing higher per unit cost to all residents which is now becoming uncountable cost bearing by all residents.
 

Water Quality Issues:
STP water mixing in drinking water was found in past on few of the towers.
Dirty water is coming on most of the towers
Water quality is not upto the mark for drinking and domestic uses
Residents are getting sick after drink and use such quality of water, and we can’t count cost of medication and life risk here !
 
Lift Issues
Most of the times residents get stuck/hanged in the lifts which is life threating for everyone
Fans, Lights are also off at the time of lift outage and no mechanism is functional for timely rescue of residents
An major incident also took place wherein one of the person was stuck in lift for almost 30 mins which was worst case of a person losing life due to this lift
faults commonly happening in each towers.
Residents are also trapped in regular basis and we cant count cost of Life of individuals and his/her dependents.
 

Additional Concerning Issues :

Construction, Seepage  & Maintenance Issues :


Within 1 year of possession, there are very heavy cracks in internal & external walls of society – due to bad construction quality
Seepage issues has been reported to Enviro in almost all the flats of the GH society wherein none of the complaints were addressed/still open cases. As per
Enviro this is builder liability hence these are still open & not resolved.
Residents are scared during the time of earth quake as heavy cracks cause to collapse building. And this is completely life risk and also we cannot count cost
of life and our investment of hard earned money given to Breez
 
Security Issues:-
Less manpower deployed at society premises which is major security concerns for all residents and the family.
Security Cameras installed are giving very less coverage
Day & night, residents has been observing 1 guards vs 7 towers is deployed for security
No security for Commercial tower residents & shops.
With above all points how can we ensure safety and its again an life threat to all residents of Global Heights Society.
 

We are very sorry to say that, due to lack of response from Breeze end, residents was very much frustrated on past Friday – 30th July 2021 due to long power cut issue and all
are calling CC team, messaging us to organize an immediate meeting with Breez Directors. Since they are lacking of faith on CC Teams, builder and facility management team of
no further resolution, residents have decided to visited JMD office for a quick discussion with Breez Directors (along with few members of CC team).

When we reached over there, after several times requesting Breez staffs who were available on 30th July 2021 were failed to arrange any meeting with directors through face to
face (mentioning Directors are out of office). We request an phone call or virtual meeting next day – 31st July 2021 but no response was provided.

Even we are bound to wait about 3 to 4 hrs. to meet Enviro team (Mr. Satish Bedi & Mr. Avdhesh) in JMD office to address the light & water issues which are basic necessity for
any society.

Post our meeting with enviro team they are accepting that the problem of power cut and other issues are only due to bad infrastructure provided by Breez, so it’s obvious that
without proper support from Breez end our issues will not got resolved at the earliest.

We have also communicated to Breez staff for an meeting with Directors but nobody appears on Saturday – 31st July 2021 + no revert from Breez end as well on any plans of
visit..

Residents arrange a peaceful protest of 02 hours in Global heights on dated 01st of Aug.2021, where about 100 of residents are taken part physically and supported by lot more,
in protest lots of women, children’s are also taken part due to there classes are getting effected badly, women’s are unable to perform their daily household work & working
person are unable to do work from home, so you can understand this was a complete failure of basic necessity to be fulfilled, it feels like to all residents that we are leaving in
jungle without basic facilities being arranged and possession has been provided.
Further our peaceful protest was covered by some media houses but some bouncers who were sent by Breez, what they confirming us, were trying to hold media persons to
enter into the society, all the residents including women’s, kids & senior citizen have felt very unsafe with their behavior. We are requesting you to don’t send this types of persons
to the society in future, as post the peaceful protest was over by all residents – they were still roaming inside the society for the entire day.

After all this, we think you will be taking care of our issues seriously and can give us some time for the meeting, so we can further discuss it and look for the resolutions which can
occur again & again. We are feeling unsafe and surprised when we all got to know that instead any positive actions on the solutions or any meetings, we have been notified about
the raised complaint against 5 residents who were also part of the peaceful protest out of about 100 residents with approx.. 

As intimated by Bhondsi HC on 04th Aug 2021 , GH residents were present on the given date & time of notice however there was no one appeared from Breez representative &
also Sales Head of Flora Avenue Mr. Vikas who was supposed to be present for the meeting.

Hence we discussed & informed to respected HC - Jitender Kumar at Bhondsi PS on 06th Aug 2021 for complaint number 550-5P dt 04.08.2021 that we are denying completely
with all false & fake allegations mentioned in complaint which was filed by Breez through the sales head of Flora Avenue. We have also shown all the evidence/Proof at PS
Bhondsi to nullified the complaint which was given by your representative Mr. Vikas to Bhondsi PS and HC Jitendra Kumar has assured us to arrange an meeting between
residents of Global heights and Directors of Breez on coming Sunday – 08th Aug 2021 to solve all those issues mutually.

As of today we haven’t got any intimation of Breez Directors visiting or any confirmation so far. Hence this is our earnest plea that please withdraw your fake, baseless complaint
against 5 innocent residents and provide permanent solutions regarding all above mentioned points and give a clear, transparent messages to arrange one meeting that we are
safe here and Breez team also with us.

With ref to the mail trail and notice attached with this email CC team is working for residents and have never accepted on the behalf of Residents that we the residents of GH
will clear all dues by 31st July 2021 . 

We have been following  with breeze and enviro team since months to provide us correct bills , CAM charges , RWA account , payment gateway failure and Neptune server
issues etc . We are continually requesting for meeting as well . Yesterday on 30th July 2021 also around 20 residents went to JMD office to get clarity on pending issues and
meet breeze representatives.  But no body entertained us . We even requested for online meeting . But no response was given even after 24 hours. Request you to meet us
resolve mainly electricity and water issues on urgent basis and hold a  residents meeting .

Thank You for the below minutes of meeting.

This is to bring to your notice that despite multiple weekly follow ups with Enviro on Neptune App issues, we are not getting any resolutions on any of the issues related to
app functionality.

To brief about the issues which all residents/owners are facing :

- Login Issues (User are not able to login into the App) – Error Response “No Transaction found, incorrect login details etc”

- Payment Issues (Attached snapshot of payment error showing on the app)

- Real-Time Data Issues (Incorrect data such as load, consumption etc. not reflecting correctly for most of users) Attached snapshot.

- Fixed Charges incorrectly calculated (given the inputs for fixed charges to be reduced to 12.51 has been added in existing 75Rs Per Kw ) – Attached snapshot for higher
fixed charges showing on the app.

- No clarity on other payment options such as Paytm.

All the residents are raising this on daily basis on our groups + following with Enviro team and now this has become a trust issues with Neptune App & service provider.

We are not getting any leads/support from Neptune. Also it appears that Enviro is also not able to take this matter as urgency of concern due to which no payments are
being released by residents / Owner of Global Heights

Basis our previous discussion/meetings, we have been provided timelines for 15th July 2021 which is ending today hence we are sending you a formal complain for Neptune
app issue.

Kindly look into the issue at the earliest so residents can pay the overdues amount and also adopt the Neptune App for future services..

Would appreciate if we can have some further timelines provided please otherwise another month will be going with more due amount for residents.

Please understand high overdue amounts are burded for each residents which is accumulating month on month basis so looking forward an response on the email with
further updates.
