Priok-Kampung Bandan route in North Jakarta after a hit-and-run on Wednesday.
The mikrolet driver, identified as Arman Sirait, 28, was driving on Jl. Pelabuhan Ratu in
Pademangan at 11 a.m., when he accidentally hit a motorcyclist turning in front of the Aston Marina
Hotel, kompas.com reported.
The motorcyclist, Alfredo Yosias, 25, who was driving from the opposite direction, fell off of his
motorcycle after being struck. Arman reportedly panicked and fled the scene, leaving Alfredo behind.

North Jakarta Police traffic unit chief Adj. Comr. Sigit Purwanto said motorcyclists
attacked mikrolet many times. “Fortunately, Arman was saved by police officers before any vigilante
