Wondrous item, artifact (requires attunement)

The Glove

A
seemingly normal glove with a power beyond
comprehension. The history of the glove has
been lost through generations, and for a time
the weapon's existence was considered a folk
tale. Only those who have trained themselves
both physically and mentally were said to be
capable of wearing the glove.
Truth be told that you wouldn't need to train very hard.
Properties of the Glove
In order to attune to the glove, the wearer must have a
Strength and Constitution score of 13 or higher.
While on either hand, the glove gives the following benefits:
The glove has 1 charge. You can choose to expend a
charge by making an unarmed strike attack in any
direction. If you do so, target every creature, object, and
structure within a 100 ft. cone in that direction.
Anything hit by the cone attack immediately drops to 0 hit
points.
Strange as it may be, the glove is unable to damage a
particular type of creature, (dragons, beasts, etc.). The DM
has the final say in what creature type this is. Any attack
made against a creature of this type is considered to
automatically miss.
An expended charge is restored after a long rest.
