RONNEL S. SOLIDUM being duly sworn, deposes and says,

1. I am making this affirmation in connection with the application of ARLENE

ALBIOS for immigration benefits for the United States of America. The contents of
the affirmation are based on my own knowledge and are true.

2. I was born on JANUARY 28, 1982 in Negros Occidental, PHILIPPINES.

3. My address is BARANGAY PALATIW PASIG CITY.

4. ARLENE ALBIOS, the beneficiary, is my FRIEND/GODMOTHER OF MY SON.

5. I met WAYNE LEROY SUTTON and ARLENE ALBIOS for the first time Last April
2017 When he was accompanying her for a my son christening here in Pasig City. I
became aware of their relationship when we became colleagues last 2017.

6. I witnessed that their relationship was genuine when I saw them happily
married and talking to them during their wedding reception, Wayne was
obviously and without a doubt happy getting married to Arlene. She was all smiles
on that day even when she talks about Wayne when were at Home we know that
he always makes her happy.

7. I have visited WAYNE SUTTON and ARLENE ALBIOS at Pasig City Philippines and
Found them a very happy couple and obviously in love.

8. I was a witness at WAYNE SUTTON and ARLENE ALBIOS wedding on APRIL 10,
2018 in Pasig City.

9. I have personal knowledge of the bona fide of WAYNE SUTTON and ARLENE
ALBIOS Relationship, Their Marriage is legitimate, viable and not entered into for
any immigration purposes.
