Cell nucleus:
The largest organelle in eukaryotic cells which contains the cell's
hereditary information and controls the cell's growth and
reproduction.

 Morphology: adapts to cell morphology

 Amounts & location: depend on the cell types
 Nuclear-cytoplasmic ratio

Nucleolus
Nucleolar cycle:
The nucleolus changes with the
periodicity of the cells, and the
aggregation (pre-phase) and
deaggregation (end-stage) of
the nucleolar chromosomes
determine the disappearance
and reproduction of the
nucleolus.
