Cauliflower rice

Ingredients

cauliflower 200 g / 7 oz

salt pinch

butter or coconut oil 25 g / 5 tsp.

paprika powder (as optional)

How to Cook

Using a grater, (shredding machine) shred the entire cauliflower head. Melt butter or coconut
1 oil in a frying pan
oil in a frying pan.

Add the cauliflower and cook over medium heat for 5-10 minutes or until the riced cauliflower

2 has softened a bit. Add salt and the optional paprika powder while frying. You can also cook the
grated cauliflower in the microwave.

Put it in a glass bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave it for 5-6 minutes. Mix in the
3 butter or coconut oil and let it melt.
