ACTIVITY: Read all the attached PowerPoint slides and watch the video link on YouTube stated here.
Discuss and explain the very concept of THE GLOBAL GOVERNANCE and its effect on the global
economy. (for strict compliance, the essay must be at least 700 words).

What is a global governance? The term world governance is broadly used to designate all regulations
intended for organization and centralization of human societies on a global scale. The new world
governance defines simply as collective management of the planet. Traditionally, government has been
associated with “governing” or with political authority, institutions, and ultimately, control. It’s a process
through which institutions coordinate and control independent social relations, and that have the ability
to enforce their decisions. James Rosenau also use governance to the regulation of interdependent
relations in the absence of an overarching political authority, such as in the international system now
speak of the development of global public policy.

Global governance or world governance is a movement towards political cooperation among

transnational actors, aimed at negotiating responses to problems that affect more than one state or
region. Tend to have limited or demarcated power to enforce compliance it involves multiple states
including international organization with one state having more of a lead role than the rest. Why does
governance exist in the context of globalization and globalizing regimes of power? governance exist in
the context of globalization in globalizing regimes of power through politically, economically, and
culturally. The process of worldwide interdependence both between human societies and between
humankind and the biosphere the term global governance is the process of designating law, rules, or
regulations intended for a global scale. Global governance is not a singular system. There is no world
government but the many different with james of global governance have commonalities. States are
more likely to formally include civil society organizations in order to avoid a potential legitimacy
advantage of their counterparts and to enhance domestic legitimacy if the following two conditions
apply: first, if they are more central to the global governance network and second, if other states
formerly include as well. Therefore, while government choices concerning whether to involve formerly
global climate policy are obviously driven to a considerable degree with domestic factors, the authors
concentrate on international network affects. However, a single organization may take the issue, for
example: the world trade organization in world trade affairs by the global governance is thought to be
an international process of forming which generates guidelines and agreements that affect national
governments and international corporations such as included to the world trade organization policies on
health issues. The world trade organization is needed when establishing a regulatory guide in decision
making. They promote global principles when involving accountability, transparency, and legitimacy
when making decisions involving more than one country or state. This is necessary to prevent future
disputes between states. In short, global governance made be defined as the complex of formal and
informal institutions, mechanisms, relationships, and process between and among states, markets,
citizens, and organizations both inter and non-governmental through which collective interest on the
global planar articulated, duties, obligations and privileges are established and differences true educated
professionals.

These helped speed up economies and create allies for one another while integrating states after the
economy crash. they will use global governance as a tool solve problems between states and to create a
guide to prevent another cold war from breaking out an intensification of environmental concerns which
receive multilateral and or sment at the earth summit. Relating to the climate and biodevices that was
soon to be expressed conceptually. These conflict continue the traditional debate over the social effects
of macroeconomic stabilization policies and raised the question of arbitration among equally legitimate
objectives in a compartmentalize governance system where the major areas of interdependence are
each and trusted to a specialist international institution. Although often limited in scope these conflicts
are nevertheless symbolically powerful as they raised the question of the principles and institutions of
arbitration. Worldauthorities including international organizations and corporation achieve deferenceto
their agenda through different means authority can derive from institutional status, expertise, moral
authority, capacity or perceived competence. Natures ignores political and social barriers and the global
dimension of the pisces cancel the effect of any action initiated unilaterally by state governments or
sectoral institutions.
