2. This Group strongly recommends the Sky Way Operation Management

Corporation (SOMCO) as the Best Philippine Army Affiliated Unit (PAARU) for
CY-2015. Said PAARU supports the Philippine Army in delivering services to the
different stakeholders in the AOR such as Gender and Development (GAD)
Advocacy Initiative, organizes Fun-run/Marathon, Livelihood Programs and
Scholarship, participation to Earthquake Drills, Animal Handling and Training, Inter-
Agency Coordination, Medical and Dental Mission, Blood Donation, Clean-up Drive
and other none traditional activities of the Philippine Army other than war (see
Attached accomplishment Reports).

3. Their significant achievement as PAARU gained popular support that

contributes to the overall accomplishment of the AFP and the community as well.
Performing individual assigned tasks sealed with dedication thru the collaborative
effort of each member, their endeavor resulted to the success as the mission
accomplished.

4. Over the years, the SOMCO achieved several activities in the form of
collaborative, jointly conducted and self-initiative activities in pursuit their unit mission
and vision. With these achievements, (SOMCO) deserved to be chosen as the Best
Philippine Army Affiliated Unit (PAARU) for CY-2015.
