The proceedings in the matter have been conducted through video

conferencing.
1. Notice was issued in the present writ petition on 07.05.2021.
However, the respondents are unrepresented today. It appears that there
was originally some defect in the process fee, but Mr. Devesh Kumar
Chauvia, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the defect was
cured and notices have thereafter been issued.
2. Mr. Chauvia is permitted to serve notice upon the respondents
though learned Standing Counsel. A copy of the petition and of the
present order be served upon Mr. Ramesh Babu M.R., learned Standing
Counsel for the Reserve Bank of India and Mr. Santosh Kumar Rout,
learned Standing Counsel for Punjab National Bank.
