1. That the Respondent/Caveator Mrs Vindu Goenka, apprehends that

the proposed Petitioner may approach this Hon’ble Court by way of

an Application under Section 9 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act or

Application under Order 39 Rule 1& 2 CPC.

2. That the Respondent /Caveator is, therefore, filing the present caveat

in the abovementioned Arbitration Case to the effect that no

order/orders be passed in the above Arbitration Case or in

application under Section 9 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act or

under O.39 R.1 & 2 CPC accompanying in the said Arbitration Case,

without hearing the Respondent/ Caveator /or his counsel.

PRAYER

In view of the abovementioned facts and circumstances, it is

most respectfully prayed, that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to,

A. Take on record the Accompanying caveat on behalf of the

for the result of the said case. The adjournment costs whenever ordered by the Court shall be
of the Advocate, which he shall receive and retain for himself.
11. and I/we the undersigned do hereby agree that in the event of the whole of part to the fee
agreed by me/us to be paid to the advocate remaining unpaid, he shall be entitled to withdraw
from the prosecution of the said case until the same is paid up. The fee settled is only for the
above case and above Court for a period of three years only and if the case prolongs for more
than 3 years the original fee shall be paid again by me/us. I/we hereby agree that once the
fees are paid, I/we will not be entitled for the refund of the same in any case.
