I, Konda Naveen Reddy S/o.K.Upender Reddy Aged about 38 years,

Occu:Private Employee R/o.H.No.1-1-104/8, Goudapuri Colony, Kapra, ECIL,
Hyderabad do hereby solemnly affirm and state on oath as under.

1.That I am petitioner herein and defendant in main suit and as such fully
acquainted with the facts of the case and able to depose as under.

2. That the above case is posted to today for filing of my written statement.
That I could not instruct my counsel to prepare the written statement as I could
not obtain the documents from the revenue officials as they are busy with
Dharani Portal program and due to Covid-19. As such I request the Hon’ble court
to grant time of 15 days for filing the written statement. If the time is not
granted, I will put to much inconvenience.

3. That the Hon’ble court has got ample and unfettered powers to grant 15 days
time for filing of written statement.

Hence it is prayed that the Hon’ble court may be pleased to enlarge the time
of 15 days for filing of written statement and to pass any such other order or
orders as the Hon’ble court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the
case in the interest of justice.
