The Decree Holder Humbly Prays that: Maintenance Case No. 1045/2018
pending in this Honorable Court, would like to bring to your kind attention the
matter of executing the order dated 18-05-2023, in which husband, Sachin
Gupta, was directed to pay a maintenance amount of 4000/- per month to
Petitioner 1& 3 as interim maintenance . and 4000/- to petitioner no.2 till
attaining age of majority.

I hereby request the Court to initiate the execution process to recover the
outstanding arrears of maintenance from the judgment debtor, SACHIN
GUPTA, as per the said order.

I, Pooja Gupta, (aged about 37 yrs)W/o Sh. Sachin Gupta D/o Sh. Shiv Avtar
Gupta, Add. E-139, New Ashok Nagar, Delhi-110096, do hereby solemnly affirm
and state as follows:

1. I have read the aforesaid Application for Execution and I am quite

acquainted with the facts of the case and I am therefore able to depose the
same and to make this affidavit.
2. I say that I have filed the present Application for Execution under Order
XXI Rule 11(2) of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908 seeking to enforce
the Award dated 25-05-2023 passed by the Hon’ble Court .
3. I have made diligent efforts to execute the decree by peaceful means, but
the judgment debtor, Sachin Gupta, has failed to comply with the terms of
the decree.
4. I hereby affirm that the decree amount or the specific relief as directed by
the court remains unsatisfied.
5. I affirm that the facts stated in this affidavit are true to my knowledge and
belief, and nothing material has been concealed therein.
