About the Institute:
Mahatma Gandhi University originally the PG Centre of Osmania University is
established in the year 1987 to provide academic excellence to remote village students of
the backward regions.
The PG Centre is upgraded as Mahatma Gandhi University in the year 2007 and is one of
the fast growing learning centres in India. Ever since its inception the University offering
courses on inter-disciplinary approach and develop them on sustainable line.
Through multi-faceted range of programs in Arts, Humanities, Basic-Sciences, Social
Sciences, Commerce, Business Management and Engineering & Technology by state-of-
the art infrastructure and committed facility. The University has carved a niche for itself
in the field of academic learning and research. The University is located in sprawling
campus of 250 acres in Yellareddyguda of Nalgonda.
About the Department:
The Department of Management Studies started offering MBA course in the year 1997
with Two Year Regular Programme with specializations in Marketing, Finance and
Human Resource Management.
The faculty comprises of intellectually stimulated academicians having a vast experience
in various fields that enables them to impart practical knowledge to the student
community.
The faculty are in touch with the practicalities and intricacies of business and are
constantly striving to transform the students into successful and progressive leaders of
the future. The Department takes pride in providing its students with the best of facilities
like, an excellent library, state-of-the-art computer laboratory and a well-equipped
auditorium. With the objective of catering to the increasing demand for Managerial and
entrepreneurial excellence, the department offers a number of programmes, moulding
the students for the challenges of tomorrow.
Courses Offered:
1. Two Years Programme (MBA)
2. Two Years Programme in Travel and Tourism Management (MBA- TTM)
3. Five Year Integrated Programme (MBA- Integrated)
Theme of the Seminar:
The purpose of the FDP is to provide the participants a rich experience of the
contemporary theories and research in OB and HRM and discuss the innovative practices
in teaching and writing cases in organizational behaviour and human resource
management The resource persons are drawn from academia, rural entrepreneurs, social
enablers and Government bodies. The programme is scheduled from 25th August 2021 to
29th August 2021. The last date for receipt of filled in complete application is 05th August,
2021.
Target Audience
A potential participant shall be a teacher from University departments, Government
Degree Colleges, Institutes of repute with NAAC / NBA Accreditation, Institutes of State
and Central governments whose area of teaching/ research include Organizational
Behaviour, Leadership, Human Resource Management.
Eligibility
The applicant shall have a minimum teaching experience of one year at Graduate level or
Post-Graduate level.
How to Apply
The applicant willing to participate in the programme shall enrol themselves by
submitting the filled in application form duly signed by the forwarding authority. The
scanned copy such form after due signatures shall also be sent as email along with the
latest resume to the email addresses mentioned in the address for communication section.

The course material shall be provided with training workshop kit.
Number of Participants
The total seats of the participants shall be 50 (Fifty only).
Last date for receipt of completed application form is 5th September, 2021 before 5:00
pm. Incomplete applications shall not be considered.
