Since Pakistan Navy is the custodian of this scheme, the investment in it
is safe enough. At present Sector A, B and C are developed whereas
Sector D is under development. Many farmhouses have been
constructed in developed sectors and the residents are enjoying their
peaceful living in the area.

At present, the Scheme is accessed through Simli Dam Road from

Bharakahu and Park View Society, Islamabad. Distance from Serena Hotel
to Scheme Gate through Park View Society is 19 KMs., however, in near
future the same area will be connected through Islamabad-Rawalpindi
Ring Road for which PC-1 has been approved. The government is eager
to complete this ring road project till end of 2022.
