In this series of lectures on Anchors
of Life, taking it within the Total Man
Concept introductory course, this
lecture provides foundational
anchors to engaging successfully in
life and things that will lead to
effectiveness and productivity.

• This lecture on The Power of Purpose
in line with the overall brief of TMC111
and in coming to a clear
understanding and appreciation for
the Total Man Concept as a course is
set to introduce the students in 100
level to understanding the power of
purpose in a general sense addressing
why God created man.
 TMC 111 :OBJECTIVES 3
This lecture will be looking at divine
purpose as it relates to man in general and
in specifics, the individual student. This has
to do with God's given agenda with respect
to one's calling and the mission one is to
fulfil in life. Emphasis should be placed on
defining purpose and going on to situate its
significance particularly within the context
of the Total Man Concept. It was Myles
Munroe who said, "When purpose is not
known, abuse is inevitable".
