or build up document control procedure)
Please read carefully the contents of Yakult company’s procedures refer to
how to write the procedure processes. The group writes the document
control procedure for one of the following companies / organizations,
specialized in: (1) apparel, (2) food production and trading, and (3) organizing
training (academy or university, ...).

• Title 2: Applied/ requested to Group No. 2, 4, 6 (To be assigned to write

or build up record control procedure)
Please read carefully the contents of Yakult company’s procedures refer to
how to write the procedure processes. The group writes the record control
procedure for one of the following companies / organizations, specialized in:
(1) apparel, (2) food production and trading, and (3) organizing training
(academy or university, ...).

The general requirements and instructions/ schedule of this group

exercise are as below:
(1) Should have the Flow chart in the procedure
(2) Contents are as Yakult’s procedures (already sent to you for
reference through email)
(3) Present in English by Word file, font 13 in Times New roman
(4) The length of procedure is around 06 to 09 pages.
(5) Submit to lecturer – Dr. Tiep’s email before Feb. 20th, 2021
