Ans to the ques no 1: Yes, it is possible to be a cheerful pessimist. We can relate this term with
the concept of Oxymoron. Oxymoron means that together of two apparently contradictory
concepts. Now Business ethics is an Oxymoron. According to the Oxymoron, if there is not
ethical staff in the business, then the business is unethical or amoral. Now, I am satisfied,
because me and my friend both have passed the exam, but at the same time I am unsatisfied
because my friend got good grades rather than me. This could be an example of oxymoron. Now
in business, oxymoron is related with the business ethics. Like, selling Alcohol in Bangladesh is
Unethical and illegal as well, but in some five star hotel, they are selling alcohol to their foreign
customer legally, so we can relate the oxymoron with the business ethics.

Ans to the Question no. 2: according to me profitable organizations doing more unethical
activities in term of putting own interest rather than organization interest. Because earning profit
they provide much wrong information to their customer. Even some organizations are calming
that they are providing the best service or product with maintaining a good quality but in real
they are providing the wrong staff. Like Fair & lovely. The company says that by using this
product everyone will turn into white. But that is completely a wrong staitment But I think,
companies are lying to their customer just because to earn profit by some unethical way. They
try to grab the customer’s attention by lying, so that they can earn profit.
