and issued a notice. Thereafter nothing had happened and
the suit also was not filed. In the meantime Mr. R filed a
complaint before the police against the society and got it
settled. So he requested Mr. Y to furnish account of the case

He paid Rs. 5,000 as application money. Thereafter he heard
nothing from the society. It was found that he was duped by
the housing society. So he engaged Mr. Ravi as advocate

society and issued a notice. Thereafter nothing had happened
and the suit also was not filed. In the mean time. Mr. Rama
