“What is a great book?” I've asked myself this question many times, but I always come back to
one question: “What makes a book great?” Every time I hear or think about this question, a number of
things come to mind. “Can we claim that a book is wonderful because the author or writer is
intelligent?” or "Can we define a book as excellent because it contains a large number of pages?" These
are the things that run to my head whenever I am thinking of an answer. These are the thoughts that
come to me while I'm trying to come up with a response. Everyone has their own definition of what
makes a book great, but for me, a book was excellent not because the author was smart or because it
was thick. The lessons or information that we may gain from a book make it wonderful. It's also great
since it may transport us to any location simply by reading and imagining what’s written in it.

In the current times reading books is not in the top list of most people especially me whose part
of the generation that is hands on when it comes to technology. Most of us tend to appreciate the
information in the internet rather than the inked pages. Since I’m taking civil engineering as my course
in college for almost 3 years. I’m already accustomed to numbers, solving and computation instead of
reading books. Another challenge I might encounter in this course is about developing my reading
comprehension in order to appreciate the stories we will be reading. Time can also be one of the
challenges I might encounter because my schedule as graduating student is quite cramped because of
the major subjects and of course the thesis. And because I am not really that type person who read
books most of the time. I am easily be bothered by noise around me and if the genre of the book was
not my thing it loses my excitement.

Somehow, I feel comfortable to be a reading warrior in a digital age because I’m able to read
books through the internet and can access a lot of these without going outside since it’s pandemic. Also,
being a reading warrior in a digital age is very convenient not only for me but also for my classmates that
also find it hard to buy a book in
