ABBY RUSSELL:

One of the more recent GiantBomb additions, with a noticable appetite for chicken
nuggets.
Moveset taken from their Extra Life 2018 stream in which she was made in WWE2k19,
although the moveset in source was said to just be the default for custom
characters.

AHMED JOHNSON:
A so-and-so WWF veteran turned superstar within the Mellyverse purely because the
Fun with Ahmed videos are timeless.
Moveset taken from DJKM777's version of him in Fire Pro World, and his face texture
is taken from WWF War Zone.

AKI MAN:
The famous mascot from the famous company that may or may not do something again
one day.
Moveset is mostly WCW/NWO Revenge, thanks to a conversion by AkiFan1998, although I
rebalanced the parameters.

AKI WOMAN:
She deserved to be more than a single portrait.
Moveset taken from DJKM777's version of Mayumi Ozaki in Fire Pro World, because of
Sasha guessing that she's who AKI Woman's likeness is based on.

ANNA:
The infamously powerful tsuchinoko from Ultra Fight Da! Kyanta 2.
Moveset loosely based around her moves from source. Her face texture is taken from
Anna in Tekken 1.

AOKO AOZAKI:
Very casual spell-caster, as seen in the Melty Blood games.
Moveset is from Sasha's version of the character in Fire Pro World, which is an
edited version of DJKM777's kickboxer template.

AXEL STONE:
Broke out of the slums of dormant SEGA properties to test his bare knuckles against
all types of fierce new opponents. And hey, looks like there's going to be a new
Streets of Rage after all!
Moveset is based off of Technical Monkey's version of him in Fire Pro World.

BADD KARMA:
The undefeated antagonist from the mysterious 1995 martial arts show Fight Zone.
Can you beat the Badd Karma challenge?
Moveset is based off of his 'Buddhist martial arts' techniques from the show.

BEAVIS:
Many a disastrous wrestling session in high school gym class has inspired Beavis to
get in the ring for real, armed with techniques picked up from martial arts movies
and pure rage when Butt-Head pushes him a little bit too far.
Moveset is an almagamation from most instances of the show where Beavis fights or
attacks just about anything. This, surprisingly, included a few brainbusters. Face
graphic adapted from a mod made by maniac1075.

BOB HOSKINS:
Legendary actor donning the Mario attire once again to get in the ring, star of our
Smackdown: Shut Your Mouth playthrough decided after a fateful wheel spin.
Moveset is taken from what I've made in that game, which is a heavily edited
version of Giant Baba's moveset.
BONE CRUSHER:
The musician who is never scared, probably because going by the video to 'Never
Scared', he's very likely a kaiju.
Moveset is closely modelled after his moveset in Def Jam FFNY, since a lot of
animations were shared between games.

BOOGER:
Snot-nosed jobber from the universe of ECW Anarchy Rulz. Not to be confused with
Bastion Booger.
Moveset heavily taken from ECW Anarchy Rulz, and base graphic set was made by
GMSpectre for his Project Outsider project.

BUBBA KARATEFUCK:
A Fire Pro Wrestling OC by LordMo leaves New Japan to hang out at Mellyverse
Wrestling 64. In 3D!
Moveset is mostly original, with some notes taken from his apperance in the
Finalslam II tournament stream we did a while back. Face texture was made by
GMSpectre and is Jim Neidhart from WCW/NWO Revenge, sans goatee.

BUTT-HEAD:
Butt-Head was originally going to stay home because he was busy watching TV, but
after he saw Beavis live on the same TV getting a positive reception from a
wrestling audience, he goes into a jealous rage and enters the federation to prove
to the world that he, in fact, rules, and Beavis sucks.
Moveset based on moves Butt-Head has done on the show. Face graphic adapted from a
mod made by maniac1075.

CALEB:
The protagonist of Blood lives...again. Hello there, Gabriel.
Moveset is a hybrid of Knuckle Fighter Alpha's version of Caleb, the Helia Monster
from ECW Anarchy Rulz, and some moves Johness the Dissector performs in Hunter x
Hunter: Wonder Adventure.

CALYPSO:
So, you want the antagonist of Twisted Metal's sole? Your wish will be granted...
in the ring!
Moveset is a hybrid of Calypso's Twisted Metal 4 ending, DDP from WCW/NWO Revenge,
and Shelton Benjamin. This will make more sense in the next version.

CHU:
Demon drunkard from Yu Yu Hakusho, star of our Smackdown: Here Comes the Pain
playthrough.
Moveset is taken from two YYH fighting games, Yu Yu Hakusho: Makyou Toitsusen and
The Battle of Yu Yu Hakusho: Shitou! Ankoku Bujutsukai. Face texture is taken from
the latter.

COLIN MOCHRIE:
One of the biggest stars of Whose Line Is It Anyway?, and LEGITIMATELY one of the
few out of this cast that supplied a photo specifically for use in this mod. No,
I'm not kidding!
Moveset is taken from Jester's moveset in ECW Anarchy Rulz.

CRASH TEST DUMMY:

This dummy has had enough of all the abuse he's taken from people checking out
moves in Wrestlemania 2000, and he's now set on a path of revenge...while also
shilling Crash Test Dummies albums to his fallen victims. By the way, have you
check out 'Give Yourself a Hand'?
Moveset is a mishmash of the default CAW moveset from WM2000 (using a Gameshark
code to use the Dummy character reveals it's the same moveset), the Ho moveset from
the same game, a few moves from the default WWF No Mercy CAW moveset, and a few
notes from Akumaku's The Incredible Dummies video.

DABO:
The sole representative of Def Jam Japan, Dabo breaks out of his exclusive version
status to join the Mellyverse Wrestling 64 cast, because IT'S HIS TUUUUUURRRRRRR-
AAAUUUURN
Moveset is extremely close to his Def Jam Vendetta moveset, although the finishers
couldn't be replicated, so his front finisher is one of the strong grapples from
that game that happened to be a finisher in No Mercy, rather than just a normal
grapple.

DANE:
The protagonist of The Quiet Man, one of the more recent grand examples of a
kusoge. Manages to be another Square-Enix bishonen protagonist with noticable
zippers even as a live-action character.
Moveset is loosely based on the moves he performs in the game.

DAVID BANNER:
He's from the M, I....ahh, you know the rest. Once made the genius artistic
decision to end a track by yelling 'G'NACK!'. One half of The Daves team.
Moveset is closely based on his Def Jam FFNY moveset, since a lot of animations
were shared between games.

DAVID BYRNE BIG SUIT:

He entered the wrestling federation in hopes that he could 'burn down the house' as
a joke, but figured out that ECW was the best place for that and that's long gone.
But what the hell, he doesn't have much to do right now. The other half of The
Daves team.
Moveset is based off of Ramona/AtlusShrugged's version of him for Fire Pro World.

DEATHMASK:
The shambling giant golem (possibly made of gauze tape??) from Battle Monsters.
Moveset is very closely based on his movelist from the source material. He is
extremely heavy because I simply input the height/weight stats given by the game,
so there's that.
Fourth outfit is based on the actor for Deathmask, Hisaya Yamazaki, appearing as a
monk in a Survival Arts stage.

DEMON TRIPLE H:
The reason HHH is so unlikable and just as unkillable? Demons. Inspired by his
insistence to not 'look weak' in any game publication shots, and being extremely
obnoxious in Smackdown season runs.
Moveset is Masahiro Chono from VPW2, to reference the obscure fact that Chono
dubbed HHH in one of the Japanese dubs for Blade III.

DON RAMON:
A famous character from El Chavo del Ocho who's made appearances in the fighting
game Street Chaves and as a particularly overpowered character in Mortal Kombat
Chaotic 2.
Moveset is mostly based off of aru?'s version of Robert Garcia in Fire Pro World,
since Don Ramon was functionally just Robert in Street Chaves. The face texture was
taken from a mod forum I can unfortunately no longer find.

ELDER TOGURO:
The resident Little Bastard from Yu Yu Hakusho, known for being a particularly
nasty piece of work even amongst his peers, managing to piss off the younger
Toguro. That wouldn't be the end of him, though...
Moveset is based off of his appearances in Yu Yu Hakusho: Makyou Toitsusen and The
Battle of Yu Yu Hakusho: Shitou! Ankoku Bujutsukai.

GRUNKY PEEP:
Coming from Georgia on the East college football team, Grunky Peep takes a career
pitstop into wrestling, hoping his sports skills and abnormally long moustache will
assist him to making it to the top.
Moveset is based off of moves Keegan Michael Key has performed in numerous Key &
Peele skits.

HAWK:
A wrestling superstar from the arcade fighting game Best of Best that upon further
inspection is just a trace of Muscle Power from World Heroes. Does that go further
than 'gimmick infringement'?
Moveset is based off of nwo0202's version of Muscle Power in Fire Pro World,
peppered with some of Hawk's moves from Best of Best.

HEAD:
Acclaim is certainly no stranger to making odd additions to their wrestling games,
but WWF Attitude was a bit dry in that regard...with the VERY noticable exception
of Al Snow's prop coming to life, alongside suddenly having hands, boots and what
sound like multiple voices.
Moveset is based off what they had in WWF Attitude, although I couldn't find a good
substitute for their finisher in this game so I just made it the Snowplow.

HEART HEAT HARN:

AKA 'Headless Harn', the dullahan from Battle Monsters lost his head and is trying
to find it.
Moveset is based off of his moves from source, and the neck texture was taken from
Ultimo Dragon's gear from VPW2.

HELGA:
One of Kerri Hoskins's earliest roles as a punk-looking villain in Revolution X
that...hates rock music? Maybe her look is ironic or something.
Moveset is slightly based off of Sonya's moves from the Mortal Kombat series, and
her face texture is that of Sonya's from Mortal Kombat 4.

JEFF GERSTMANN:
One of the longest standing members of GiantBomb, known for many things, but what I
know him for most is the time he shouted out a MUGEN character I made on the
Bombcast, so y'know.
Moveset is based off of Sasha's version of him in our Smackdown: Here Comes the
Pain playthrough.

KAIRI:
The very troubled protagonist of the Street Fighter EX series. Used to scream in
agony a lot back in EX3, but he's doing better now.
Moveset is loosely based off of his moves from Street Fighter EX2.

KENNY ROGERS:
Jackass, cooking, metal concerts, reality shows, psychic readings, game shows --
Kenny Rogers has done it all. And now in a whiskey-fueled burst of motivation, he
enters the Mellyverse ring to see how these 'dumbass contestants' can stack up
against him.
Moveset is based off of the moves Will Sasso has done in the MADTV skits.
A morbid side note, he was planned for this roster long before the unfortunate
passing of the man himself. This one's for The Gambler.

KRUNCH DUNKINS:
An experiment to have the audience make a character live on stream in ECW Anarchy
Rulz one night, which needless to say resulted in a really memorable oddity of a
wrestler. Gotta love the watermelon pants.
Moveset is based on what I came up with on stream.

KURT ANGEL:
He doesn't suck. He sucks so little he's ascended into a supernatural being.
Inspired by being the reason we won a lot of tag matches in one of our Smackdown
playthroughs, and also his really weird face when the original Angle does his
intro.
Moveset is taken from nwo0202's Fire Pro World version of Angel from King of
Fighters.

LEE CHAOLAN:
Before he became the suave martial artist inventor we all know today, Lee Chaolan
was once a very vengeful and stoic young man, which is the version included in this
roster.
Moveset is closely modelled after his moves in Tekken 2.

LOTUS:
An extremely haughty woman onced forced to participate in one of the Nonary Games,
but I guess nobody's really all that happy when you're on a boat full of strangers
having to work on puzzles together or else they'll all get blown to bits.
Moveset is closely modelled after Spike Chunsoft's official Fire Pro World add-on
character of her.

MELLY:
I have a habit of putting myself in create-a-character modes a lot. This mod is
absolutely not an exception.
Moveset is what I thought looked cool and speedy (ended up being a pretty noticable
mix of Tiger Mask and Kenta Kobashi, apparently). The 'chubby woman' body type is
not actually included in the original game, but it's from a Gameshark code.
Unfortunately I don't know who made it, it was something I saved from Old Skool
Reunion before it shut down.

MILEENA:
Eater of faces, thrower of sai, girlfriend of Tanya, and survivor of many, many
embarassing outfits.
Moveset is based off of Professor Voodoo's moveset for her in Fire Pro World. Many
graphics adapted from a mod made by maniac1075.

MINNESOTA FATS:
A legendary pool player that may or may not be real. He was notable enough to star
in a Data East game at any rate, complete with awkwardly acted FMV.
Moveset is taken from Ramona/AtlusShrugged's version of the character from Fire Pro
World.

MR. J:
Somehow not the ONLY Snatcher to take up wrestling, the ever enigmatic Mr. J steps
into the ring, mostly because he's heard rumors another Sega character is around...
Moveset is taken from Mysterious0Bob's interpretation of him in Fire Pro World, and
his inclusion was essentially a birthday gift to him.

PAUL LONDON:
Mostly here for an in-joke involving Sasha using him as a special guest referee in
SVR 2006, so he's taken Hebner's slot. I can already hear 'Unretrofied' in my head
again...
Moveset is taken from his moves in SVR 2006.
Outfit 1 is Paul London, the rest are extra characters:
2 - Peter O'Hanraha-hanrahan
3 - Dr. Wily
4 - Robby Rackleff

PHIL COLLINS:
Stepped into the ring at least once for a comedy video, so he's not THAT weird of
an inclusion, damn it.
Moveset is taken from Ramona/AtlusShrugged's version of him from Fire Pro World.

REGGIE BENNETT:
One day Datdemo said "you need to put Reggie Bennett in your mod", and he was 100%
right, so here she is in all her glory, body inaccuracies aside.
Moveset is taken from beat by beat's version of her from Fire Pro World.

REM:
Do mummies usually grow really big and stretch all over the place? The game company
Scarab behind the PS1 game Killing Zone certainly seems to think so.
Moveset is based off of his moveset from the game.

SASHA:
My amazing girlfriend, everyone! She's great. Icon was drawn by @ondoruragitart.
Moveset is taken from her self-made Fire Pro World counterpart.

SETH:
Bwahaha, their name is Seth! The formerly really boring final boss from Street
Fighter's return to Street Fighter 5 as a way cooler character is celebrated with
their inclusion in this mod.
Moveset is taken from a mish-mash of a whole other bunch of AKI characters that
weren't present in No Mercy, you can watch the rundown of it here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jtS2nOsOvFw

SHADOW MR. ASS:

Billy Gun after a run-in with Shadaloo. Inspired by the 'Shadow' counterparts in
the Marvel crossover fighting games. Started life as 'Rasetsuass' in the very first
stream I ever did, where he was combined with Rasetsumaru from the Samurai Shodown
games.
Moveset is taken from when I made him in one of the newer WWE games, it's been too
long for me to remember what exactly was mixed with what.

SHENG HUA NAN:

The final boss from Dong Dong Never Die, whose inclusion was mostly inspired by the
gasmask texture from Wrestlemania 2000, not to mention the nightstick.
Moveset is a mixture of his moves and nwo0202's version of Doctrine Dark from Fire
Pro World.

SHIN BOOGER:
Before Booger entered ECW, he lived in New York, and soon went down a very
dangerous path that gradually turned him into a completely different man....
basically our player character from our Def Jam FFNY stream playthrough.
Moveset is taken from what the game gave him.

SHINYA ARINO:
KACHO ON! Is the N64 a banned console when it comes to GameCenter CX? Because if
so, this is awkward.
Moveset is taken from Sasha's version of him in Fire Pro World.

SIR MIX-A-LOT:
Mudhoney's most famous collaborator wanted to meet up with Mr. Ass to talk about
their common interests, but there seems to be something wrong...
Moveset is taken from Peewee from Def Jam Vendetta. Face texture is like that
because there seems to be no photos where Mix-a-Lot is facing the camera for some
reason.

TANYA:
Started life as a forgettable reskin of Kitana in Mortal Kombat 4, and against all
odds ended up becoming the best character in the entire series with X. Her and
Mileena are very close, to say the least.
Moveset is based on her moves from MK4 and MKX.

TEN COUNT:
Battle Arena Toshinden 3's most famous villain who in no way looks like a megastar
musician. Don't let his flashy mannerisms fool you, he's in this competition simply
because he's a bloodthirsty monster who wants to see others suffer.
Moveset is loosely based on his moves from Toshinden 3.

THE JUICE:
Juventud Guerrera adopted The Juice moniker at one point, because it's juicy, you
see. And this is a juicy mod, meant to be played by the juiciest fans.
Moveset is lifted from his moveset in WCW/NWO Revenge (with a few new additions)
alongside his face texture.

THE KAT:
Once a typical product of how ladies were written in the Attitude era, The Kat was
transformed by AKI in 2000 to be an MMA hybrid fighter who occasionally took notes
from Mitsuharu Misawa.
Moveset is entirely untouched from the original No Mercy, but her AI and parameters
have been drastically changed.

TOMARI TOGO:
Coming from the manga series Kengan Ashura, Togo is extremely fierce, unpredictable
and probably the last woman on earth who should be the head of a military arms
organization.
Moveset is original, I believe I tried spelling out 'IWAMI INDUSTRIES' with the
first letter of every move in order.

TOMMY WISEAU:
Wound up in this competition by accident when competing in Bay to Breakers.
Moveset is a mostly original 'sloppy' kind of style, although it uses a bit of
reference from The Room, naturally.

TONY HAWK:
The leader of The Tony Team, his existential crisis has grown large enough that he
joins the Mellyverse Wrestling line-up, but things are looking up since his
skateboarding skills aren't as irrelevant to wrestling as he once thought...
Moveset is based off of RCM Cold Cuts's version of Tony Hawk in Fire Pro World,
with some added modifications to give him vaguely skateboarding-themed moves.

TONY THE SPIDER:

An unexpected half of The Tony Team, Tony the Spider has moved on from losing all
the time in IPW to test his heel style in Mellyverse Wrestling. If you people only
knew...
Moveset is closely modelled on his matches in IPW. Hilariously, he did
Meng/Barbarian's taunt from Revenge in an actual match at one point.

TRIPLE PARAKEET-SHOES:
Another East/West Bowl football star, Shoes is hoping his hair helmet will protect
him in the ring. It probably won't, but hey.
Moveset is based off of moves Jordan Peele's performed on Key & Peele.
TRUCKER:
One fateful day in 1998, this nameless trucker was stopped in the road by Sting in
the intro to WCW/NWO Revenge. What they don't show you in that intro is that off-
screen, Sting got soundly thrashed for not getting the hell out of the road.
Moveset is mostly Larry Zbyszko from WCW/NWO Revenge (he was hacked to have his
moves in the Revenge Uncensored mod), mixed in with what you'd end up with if you
tried to play as the trucker in the base game (the lady manager moveset,
basically), and a peppering of a few Meng moves and skills, taken from Project
Outsider.

VENY:
AKA 'the other ASUKA', a trans freelancer wrestler who's probably most known for
her work in WAVE.
Moveset is based mostly on FPW Player's version of her in Fire Pro World, although
I mixed in a few things from some matches I watched of her.

WARREN:
The surfer with the spinning dropkick from Power Moves/Deadly Moves/Power Athlete,
mostly famous for his really strange looking portrait that i'm 90% sure is traced
over a photo of Hulk Hogan.
Moveset is based off of Technical Monkey's version of him from Fire Pro World. Face
graphics are a combination of Hogan and Brickowski's faces from WCW/NWO Revenge.

YOUNGER TOGURO:
The 'final boss' of Team Toguro, a man who is so obsessed with strength that he'll
morbidly transform his body in such an extent that it'd be basically completely
impossible to show with AKI modeling technology, so he's been nerfed to stay at
around... 40%?
Moveset is based off of his moves from The Battle of Yu Yu Hakusho: Shitou! Ankoku
Bujutsukai.
