USE OF VENUE: COMMON ROOM 5+6

• Using the entrance via the lift lobby for moving heavy items
• Pre-event set-up
• the entrance will be opened for 1 hr upon your request to the Hall VI
Office
• Removal after event
• the entrance will be opened for 30 min upon your request made.

• Use the left entrance near
the staircase
• Do not block the entrance

• Do not move the stage & curtain


• No eating and drinking
• Do not leave Art Hall unattended

wait for our staff
• Closing time: 8pm

 Remember to watch the online teaching video before
attending for the test
 Must wear shoes, no sandals will be allowed

REMINDERS ON THE USE OF
SPORTS FACILITIES
• Don’t eat or drink. Water only.
• The use of audio-visual equipment is permitted only under circumstances that it will
not cause any danger or disturbance to other users of the sports facilities.
• Equipment checked out must be returned immediately after use of the sports facilities.
Lost or damaged equipment will be charged for replacement or repair on a cost basis.
• NO flooring protective mat. Footwear for all indoor sports facilities must be NON-
MARKING rubber-soled sports shoes. Footwear will be checked before entry. Bare
foot is not allowed.

*Remind your participants to bring non-marking shoes*


• No stomping. No label and sign to be taped on the floor.

No alcoholic drinks in
Orientation Activities on or off campus
• Recommend by Department of Health
• Ensure the activities are suitable for
everyone including age under 18
• Violation:
• Required to remove the alcoholic drinks and/or leave the
facility immediately
• Suspension of booking right for 2 months (Sept & Oct) 19
NO SHOW PENALTY

 Ifyou do not show up and carry out the activity


after first 10 minutes at the hour, the venue will be
open to general users.

 Allyour subsequent bookings during the


Orientation Activities Period will be CANCELLED.

REMINDERS: HEALTH & SAFETY

• Removal of heavy items


• Proper setup of mobile stage
• Rest & Water
• Pay attention to weather forecast
• Outdoor facilities shall be closed during adverse weather,
such as hoisting of typhoon, heavy rain and thunderstorm
warnings
• Venues will be closed when typhoon no. 8 signal is hoisted

• Period: 15/7 – 13/8, 9am – 8pm
