Thank you for booking with us!

Please review these guidelines prior to your rental date to ensure everything goes extra
smoothly during your stay. A studio manager will be present to do the initial walk-through
and answer any additional questions you may have.
We hope you have an awesome shoot!

1. Your reservation must include all the time you need to set up, shoot, clean up, and vacate the
studio. You can enter the studio up to 5 minutes prior to your reserved time, and you’re
expected to vacate the studio no later than the time your reservation ends.

2. If you are being checked in remotely, please skip to #5.

3. Please do not enter the premises without the Studio Manager present.
When you arrive, please ring the doorbell (white button) and wait for the Studio Manager to
open the door.
If you arrive early, please wait until your scheduled rental period begins.

4. All people in your crew must wear masks during the walkthrough + check out processes.

5. There are security cameras filming inside the studio at all times. We do not remote in or view the
cameras during your shoot, we only have cameras recording as a precaution in case any
accidents occur, or we need to verify damaged property.

6. Amenities included in your rental:


a. Mobile photo tether/video DIT cart
b. Red rolling cart (includes all gear that comes w/ your rental)
c. Bluetooth/wired speaker
d. C-stands + V-flats + Sandbags
e. 6’ fold-out table
f. Mini Refrigerator + Water
g. Steamer
h. Step ladder

7. Please be careful while moving any heavy furniture or equipment on the cyc, and
please DO NOT step or place things on the cyc curve (very fragile).

8. There is a $50 repaint fee for the cyc if there are any prominent marks left beyond minor
scuffs/footprints.
9. To ensure COVID safety measures during your shoot, we ask that you text or call the Studio
Manager (number listed on wall) if you have a question or need assistance.
Please DO NOT knock on the office door.

10. Fan switches are located in the corner opposite of the cyc (1 is the highest power for the fans)

11. CYC Studio house light switches are located in STUDIO 1 (middle room in between the entrance
and the CYC Studio).

12. After your shoot, please take out any trash (in studio + bathroom) and throw away in dumpsters
outside.

13. General cleaning fees are already included with the rental, however, if the set requires additional
cleaning after your shoot (generally between 2-3 hours for larger crews), then that is set at $35/
hour and will be billed after the production.

14. Last but not least....remember to have fun! You don’t have to. But we encourage it. 😋
