 Guide to HirePro Interview
DO’s

1. Login 15 minutes early for the interview. This will give you time to make sure your equipment is working
2. Test your system before the interview. Use the link provided in your email invitation to test your connection and
equipment
3. If for any reason, your mic doesn’t get detected on Google Chrome, try changing your browser
4. Keep your Government id proof (PAN /DL /Passport) ready. The interviewer will validate it before commencing
the interview
5. Ensure you make an eye contact with the interviewer (in case he is visible)
6. In case the interviewer is not visible, do sit up straight in the center of the frame and make eye contact with the webcam
7. Take your interview in a well lit & noise free room space. Avoid having a bright light or window behind you
8. Be sure you are able to hear well and be heard. Use headphones with a good microphone to avoid audio echo
9. Dress-up as if you were getting interviewed in person and look at interviewer’s screen during the interview
10. Keep your head and shoulders within the frame of the camera while recording. Relax and don’t forget to smile!

DON’Ts

1. DO NOT disable your video anytime during the interview. This will lead to cancellation of the current interview
and will be rescheduled later depending on interviewers availability
2. Do not keep the mic or hand in front of your mouth while talking to the interviewer
3. Do not talk to anyone else except the interviewer
4. Avoid shifting rooms while taking the interview. This distracts the interviewer and breaks the flow of interview
5. Do not wear anything that hides your face (sun glasses, hat, scarf etc.)
6. Don't sit in a busy, noisy common area
