Newport city centre between 2003 to 2012.
It is clear that burglary decreased dramatically over time while there were wild
fluctuations in car theft rates and robbery rates. Out of the three incidents, burglary
was the type of crime that happed most.
Looking at the information in more detail, we can see that the incidence of
burglary registered approximately 4000 in the year 2003. Additionally, the second
highest occurred type of crime was car theft, with almost 3000 cases in 2003. On
the contrary, theft from the person in 2003 had the smallest number of cases and it
saw a  gradual growth in the next two years.  From 2005 to 2008, there was a slight

Your Answer:
In earlier time most of students tended to go to the university in their country to get
a qualification and to pursue higher education. On the contrary, there are more
students nowadays choosing flying abroad to study. In my perspective, the
development in the way students learn brings many benefits to pupils but it also
contains some disadvantages that I would like to discuss about.
To begin with, pursuing higher education in another countries is beneficial.
Students will have a chance to meet with different types of people and it may help
them be more talkative and confident. Pupils studying abroad can also learn about
another cultures and languages. It means that they will become more
knowledgeable and have a much deeper insights into specific fields.
On the other hand, studying abroad may have some draw-backs. For instance if
you are not equipped with enough skills you cannot make friends. Moreover, you
may feel uncomfortable because of the unfamiliar places you do not get used to.
