ANALYSIS
The teacher asks the student
1. Why they chose to buy these products?
2. How do they choose these products?
ABSTRACTION
The teacher asks,
1. What is a rational choice?
2. Why is it a theory?
3. Which behavior of a consumer relates to RC assumptions?
The teachers present the concept of Rational Choice and its assumption in the
PowerPoint presentation.
APPLICATION
Role Playing: (3-5 mins)
Students will be grouped by three. These groups will make a role play about how they
can make rational choices in life by applying the concepts learned in Rational Choice Theory.

Reflect on your teaching and assess yourself as a teacher. Think about your students’ progress this week. What
works? What else needs to be done to help the students learn? Identify what help your instructional supervisors
can provide for you so when you meet them, you can ask them relevant questions.
