Sub: Review and approving legends (colour coding) on the Work Project Table

Dear David,

I have attached a work project table for the upcoming project “Christmas Charity Gala”.

Please review and approve by Friday the 20th of November, 5pm the latest.
On the side of the Team work tasks we have two urgent goals which are in red, two are on yellow that means we need to do immediately and just one
of green colour that is normal task. On the other side where is the Management tasks, also we have two urgent tasks they are in red colour which
means that task is priority for this project. One task on yellow is immediately and we need to do as soon as possible, and two in green that’s are
normal tasks.
