Job Description:

If you are passionate about building solutions and coming up with insights to directly improve business
performance and efficiency, we want to talk to you. We are in the process of curating a cutting-edge
data analytics vertical at CAPL via an initiative jointly driven by the CAPL management and a dedicated
operating team at TPG. We are currently seeking pro-active Data Engineers who will work with the
business teams to identify opportunities and build effective solutions using big data sets & insights
derived from diverse in-house sources.

Key Responsibilities::

- Data Analytics / Complex Problem Solving - Analyze, study and interpret data; Deep-dive into data
trends to identify root causes and improvement opportunities; Assist in monthly production planning;
Create data models to identify sales patterns linked activation / campaigns

- Analytics Function SPOC - Act as a Single Point of Contact for all data repository and develop metrics to
analyze pertinent information and share insights through various reports, dashboards on sustainable
basis

- Stakeholder Management - Effective stakeholder management while interaction & data / insights
collation from multiple senior stakeholders across Sales, R&D, Purchase and Marketing functions

- System & process improvement - Identify and develop processes and improvements for automation of
reports and faster decision-making tools

- Implementation of Strategic initiatives - Collaborate with sales & marketing team on creating
engagement strategies based on data driven insights

- Engagement with Leadership - Identify trends, patterns and concerns emerging from data - highlight
the same to management with succinct recommendations for quick decision making
Desired Skills and Experience:

- Analytically oriented individual with ability to solve problems in an unstructured environment

- Must love numbers, data, MS Excel - Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Power Point is a must

- Strong problem-solving skills and self-initiative - Willingness to learn and stretch in accomplishing the
desired output

- Strong multi-tasking abilities for an entrepreneurial environment

- Bachelor's in Engineering, Business Administration, or similar fields from a top-tier institute

- 0 - 2 years of experience in a Consulting/Banking/Data Analytics / E-commerce role
