The professional competencies that I strongly capable of doing are creating a environment that is good for

learners. I can able to use varied teaching strategies in my lesson plan. I can able to collaborate to my
colleagues, students and other personnel to help my learners to learn more. I strongly capable of listening
to my students, colleagues, and others problem to ease their burden and also to build connection with
them.

I need to practice and behave as a professional because educator requires maintaining a

professional appearance at all times. This includes dressing appropriately and acting professionally.
Educators often serve as role models for students. Actions such as using foul language, gossiping
about teachers and students or dressing inappropriately can cause students to lose respect for an
educator.
