CHAPTER IV
PRESENTATION OF PROJECT
This chapter presents the architectural plan, electrical, and plumbing plan of the Proposed
Two-Storey Function Hall Building.

Figure 4.1 shows the perspective of the proposed two-storey function hall
building. The proposed project has a floor area of 150 square meter and a total lot area of
697 square meter. It caters different events from birthday parties, debuts, wedding
receptions, symposiums, seminars, workshops, etc.

Figure 4.2 shows where the proposed two-storey function hall building would be
constructed. It is located at Prk. 13, Labu, Brgy. Katangawan, General Santos City which
also presents the landmarks near the proposed building.

Figure 4.3 shows the site development plan of the proposed two-storey function
hall building which is located at Prk. 13, Labu, Brgy. Katangawan, General Santos City.
It also presents the setbacks from the front (2.59 meters), back (3.30 meters) and side
(2.40 meters).

Figure 4.4 shows the details of the ground floor plan of the proposed three-storey
function hall building. It has a floor area of 150 square meter which consists of a function
halls where seminars, workshops, corporate meetings can be hosted. It also includes
restrooms for men (two urinals and a water closet and a lavatory) and women (four water
closets and two lavatories), a front desk to cater the guest who would like to inquire for
rentals and book for events. Also, it has an office with an area of 6.09 square meters and
an electrical room with an area of 2.31 square meters.

Figure 4.5 shows the details of the third floor plan of the proposed three-storey
function hall building. It has a floor area 150 square meter which consists of mini theatre
where symposia and fora that can be conducted. The mini theatre can cater 40 persons. It
also includes restrooms for men (three urinals and a water closet and two lavatories) and
women (five water closets and two lavatories).

Figure 4.6 shows the details of the roof deck plan of the proposed two-storey
function hall building. It has a floor area of 150 square meter.

height of 3.3 meters on each floor. The building has a total height of 11 meters.
