PRESENTATION OF PROJECT
This chapter presents the architectural plan, electrical, and plumbing plan of the Proposed
Figure 4.1 shows the perspective of the proposed two-storey function hall
building. The proposed project has a floor area of 150 square meter and a total lot area of
697 square meter. It caters different events from birthday parties, debuts, wedding

halls where seminars, workshops, corporate meetings can be hosted. It also includes
restrooms for men (two urinals and a water closet and a lavatory) and women (four water

closets and two lavatories), a front desk to cater the guest who would like to inquire for
rentals and book for events. Also, it has an office with an area of 6.09 square meters and

where symposia and fora that can be conducted. The mini theatre can cater 40 persons. It
