OJT REPORT

In reference to the required compliance in Pract. 1 & 2, narrated hereunder are the summary of my
experiences and learning in the aforementioned agency/unit/office, to wit:

1. On the first day of our OJT on 24th of MAY 2021, my team arrived at the assigned agency at
Philippine Coast Guard about 0700H, they had discuss to us about the five major functions of Philippine Coast
Guard and how it works, we were dismissed at about 1430H.

2. On the second day of our OJT, 0730h MAY 25 2021, they were oriented us about the function of
maritime search and rescue, on how to conduct a search and response the calamity situation at the sea, we
were dismissed at about 1430H.

3. On our third day MAY 26 2021, they taught us about the maritime environmental protection and on
how to protect our marine resources from illegal activities from the sea; we were dismissed at about 1430

4. On our 4th day, they oriented us on how to conduct a ship inspection procedure, on how to evaluate
a vessel and allow or dis allow them to go and all requirements that they need to comply.

5. On MAY 28 2021 0730h, they were demonstrate us on how to use the oil spill boom and on how to
remove an leaking oil from the sea, we were dismissed at about 1430H

6. On MAY 29 2021, in the morning they continue to discuss about the role of k9 dogs on how to
detect a suspected ied or drugs at the port, and in the afternoon one of the officer treat us a free lunch as a gift
to our coming graduation and as our last day of duty.
