ELECTION The Election Head Committee will serve
as the main ruling body of the COMELEC.
COMMITTEE — They will monitor and manage both the
sub-committees and technical teams,
Election Head making sure all tasks are met on
schedule.
A checklist will be given per committee
for them to monitor all their progress on
the tasks assigned.
Emails will be released to confirm the
aspirants’ approval on their assigned
position and party.

ELECTION The Campaign Committee will serve as
the regulating group for all campaign
COMMITTEE — materials posted and will manage all
submitted campaign plans of both
Campaign parties.
They will ensure that all rules and
regulations during the campaign period
are followed by both parties.
They will make certain that all campaign
materials to be posted are those
approved by the Comelec only.

ELECTION The Real-time Update Committee will
take charge of all individual results
COMMITTEE — generated on a given period (proposed
is per 20% of the election returns).
Real-time They will be handling the tally sheets
which will then be organized per
position and team.
Figures are to be forwarded to the
Creatives Team for the posting of pub
mats showing the actual, real-time
results of the election.

ELECTION The Results Committee will be handling
the master copy of the election results.
COMMITTEE — They are tasked to verify all generated
results from the master copy.
Results They will be releasing the final and
verified roster of winners which will then
be forwarded to the Head of Student
Affairs for the confirmation.

1. A COMMITTEE WILL ONLY BE CALLED FOR DUTY
AS THE OFFICIAL PRESIDING COMMITTEE ONCE
THEIR DESIGNATED PERIOD (PLEASE REFER TO
THE MATRIX) HAS COMMENCED. HOWEVER, A 3-
DAY PREPARATION PERIOD BEFORE THE
ASSIGNED DATES CAN BE ADAPTED FOR THE
PLANNING AND PLOTTING OF PUB MAT
TEMPLATES.
2. *THE ELECTION HEAD COMMITTEE IS ASSIGNED
TO COVER ALL AISATAGAPASIUGDA ACTIVITIES
(PRE-CAMPAIGN: APPLICATIONS, CAMPAIGN,
ELECTION, REAL-TIME UPDATES, RESULTS) WITH
THE TECHNICAL TEAMS AS THE SUPPLEMENTARY
BODIES.

facilitate other social media pages.
In addition, they will assign Comelec officers to
the sections for the election orientation.
