 PREFACE

Practical training is one of the major components for any professional course like
MBA. This is the real place where a professional is tested in the field. As per the
stipulation of studying in 1 st year MBA (Industry Integrated) Programme of Annamalai
University, I had undergone a practical training at Saifco Cements Pvt. Ltd, Srinagar
Jammu And Kashmir. It was a good exposure for me to undergo training in such a
company. I was able to get familiarised with the field component that will help me in
building my future career.

The training at Saifco Cements Pvt. Ltd, Srinagar gave me knowledge about the
Indian Cement industry. It helped me to know about the growing cement industry in
India.
