Cemcoat Crack Filler is a cemen ous crack filler
Colour: White
composed of high quality white cement, fine filler and
special addi ves, which require only the addi on of Fresh wet density: 1.7 ± 0.1 g/cm3
water to produce an easy to apply pu y.

Cemcoat Crack Filler is formulated for the repair of Size:

Substrate Preparation Cleaning

All surfaces should be sound, clean and free from dust,
oil and foreign materials. All cement-based surfaces
should be soaked with clean water prior to applica on
and allowed to become damp at the me of applica on.
Mixing
To ensure proper mixing, a mechanically powered mixer
or drill fi ed with a suitable paddle should be used.
All tools should be cleaned immediately using clean
water, hardened material should be cleaned using proper
mechanical means.
Packaging
Cemcoat Crack Filler is available in 25 kg bags.
Yield

9.75 - 10.25 litres of clean water for each 25 kg bag
should be added to a clean container. The powder should
then be added slowly while mixing con nuously at 400 -
600 rpm, mixing me should be con nued un l uniform
consistency is obtained. Leave the mix for 5 minutes and
s r again.
Approximately 20.5 Litres per 25 kg bag.
Storage
Cemcoat Crack Filler has a shelf life of 12 months from
date of manufacture if stored at temperatures between
5°C and 35°C in original unopened bags.
