• Developed my own algorithm under guidance of Dr. Kiranmoy Das for variable selection which worked twice

better than classical methods on few real life data set in terms of predictive power.
Population stratification in genetic studies | R,STRUCTURE,Dirichlet Process,MCMC Jan 2020 – July 2020
• Compared relative performances between Genomic Control, Structure and EIGENSTRAT methods in terms of

adjusting population stratification in genetic case-control studies under Dr. Saurabh Ghosh. Designed a new
metric for this comparison as different methods have been developed under contrasting statistical assumptions.

• Analysed the probabilistic security of a sensor network Dr. Bimal Kumar Roy by calculating number of keys to

be compromised to protect it from its defective part.
